Lapunyah Art Gallery Inc strives to achieve the National Australia Museum Standards for Museums and Art Galleries. 
Exhibition proposals from local and regional artists, arts and craft groups are strongly encouraged. Artisans from outside the Western Downs Region are also invited to submit proposals.  
The main exhibition space (Gallery 1) has 38 running metres of exhibition hanging space with additional mobile walls available. Plinths and cabinets are available for displaying 3D artworks. Digital art can also be catered for. The exhibition space is fitted with tracks, wire and hooks system. 
A smaller second exhibition space (Gallery 2) is not available for booking by artists or groups. It is used for display and sale of local arts and crafts exhibitions e.g. ANON, for special exhibition themes e.g. NAIDOC, or overflow from large touring exhibitions previously approved by Lapunyah Art Gallery Inc.  
 Another smaller Gallery 3 is used for displaying local artists and craftworker art for sale as a part of our SEE, BUY, TAKE exhibition program. Artists are welcome to provide artworks for this Gallery also. Terms and Conditions apply.

Gallery Exhibition Opening

Australian Masters: The Graham Brandon Collection will be open to the public from 17 December to 20 December 2024 then from 7 January until 5 February 2025

2025 Melon Festival Exhibition opens on 10 February 2025 at 5:30pm.
